3. You must be a Kenyan citizen and at least 18 years of age to register as a member of the Ahadi Party in Kenya.

5. By becoming a member of our political party, you agree to receive promotional messages, bulk SMS, and short code-based messaging. The cost for these communications will be determined by the relevant party departments periodically.
6. You understand that membership fees are payable annually and that failure to pay the fees will result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
7. You agree to support the Ahadi Party’s objectives, principles, and policies and to participate in its activities and programs to the best of your ability.
8. You agree not to engage in any conduct that may bring the Ahadi Party into disrepute or undermine its objectives, principles, or policies.

10. The Ahadi Party reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by any such changes.
11. You acknowledge that the Ahadi Party is a political organization and that your membership and participation may be subject to laws and regulations governing political parties and activities in Kenya.
12. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Political Parties Act, and to cooperate with the Ahadi Party in ensuring compliance with these laws and regulations.
13. You understand that membership in the Ahadi Party does not guarantee any political appointment, nomination, or endorsement.
14. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Ahadi Party, its officials, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your membership and participation in the party.
15. You acknowledge that the Ahadi Party is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of the party’s website, social media platforms, or other online services.
